Lotus-Maeve Update: 19/05/25

“Lotus-Maeve is having chemo in the background at home now, everyday for 7 weeks then heading into Dr Greys on Monday for bloods , then through to Aberdeen again for fluids over night Tuesday – for the hospital part of chemo block 3 where we are in for 3 out for 2 back in for an hour out for 2 in for 3 out for 2 days then back for 1 hour. This repeats for the next 7 weeks, not including if she spikes temperature or if she gets ill then it will be longer time in hospital. It’s all up in the air – we don’t know if we’re coming or going – a nightmare for everyone! Missing my other children also and Lotus is missing her siblings, it’s just so hard I wish Elgin could do these treatments – life would be so much easier but wishful thinking I guess!
