The lineup for MacMoray Festival 2027 continues to grow with the addition of acclaimed traditional Scottish band Mànran!

Bringing a seasoned live set refined over 15 years in the traditional music scene, the seven-piece group is set to bring their signature blend of English and Gaelic vocals to Elgin’s Cooper Park. The booking follows a highly successful run for the band, whose latest album To the Wind picked up an Album of the Year nomination at the MG ALBA Scots Trad Music Awards and airplay on BBC Radio 2.

The group joins an expanding festival bill for 2027, which marks MacMoray’s first-ever move to a three-day format. The festival will take place from Friday 30th April to Sunday 2nd May 2027.

Previously announced acts for the event include Big Country, Cammy Barnes, DJ Sash, Torridon, DJ Sammy, Scratchcard Wednesday, Jarad Rowan, The Laurettes, Ben Walker, and Bad Actress – is this set to be the biggest lineup in MacMoray history?!
